About Certificate:
Upon completion of the 200 Hours Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) led by Tatiana Bermes, participants will receive a prestigious certificate recognized by the World Yoga Alliance. This certificate holds immense value as it enables individuals to teach yoga anywhere in the world and serves as a stepping stone towards establishing their own yoga school.
It is important to note that while this certificate grants the ability to teach yoga, it does not qualify individuals to conduct their own TTC (Teacher Training Course). However, it empowers them to share their knowledge and expertise as yoga instructors.
About Exam:
The course concludes with comprehensive examinations designed to assess participants’ understanding and proficiency in various aspects of yoga. These examinations include practical exams, teaching exams, philosophy exams, and anatomy exams. To be eligible to take the exams, a minimum attendance of 80% throughout the course is required.
The examinations will be conducted at the end of the course, providing an opportunity for participants to showcase their acquired skills and knowledge. The language of instruction and examination will be English, ensuring clear communication and comprehension.
To obtain the certificate, participants must achieve a cumulative score of at least 60% across all the exams. This ensures a thorough evaluation of their competence and dedication to the teachings of yoga.

2. Recommended Materials to Bring:
- Books and Pens for note-taking and study purposes.
- Yoga Mat for personal use during asana practice.
- Yoga Belt (2) for support and alignment in certain poses.
- Yoga Blocks (2) to assist in achieving proper alignment and balance.
- Yoga Pillows for added comfort during meditation and relaxation.
- Jala Neti pot and Katheter for Sutra Neti.
3. Yoga Attire:
- 3 sets of Yoga Kurtis and pants or comfortable baggy clothes are recommended for practice.
- You may bring your own yoga attire and materials or purchase them from the retreat with prior information.
Please ensure you come prepared with the necessary reading materials and yoga accessories to fully engage in the training course. If you prefer, you can also purchase some of the required items from the retreat upon prior information. We understand the importance of nourishing your body during the yoga training course. Therefore, we are pleased to provide all participants with delicious and wholesome vegetarian meals, as well as refreshing herbal teas throughout the day.
Our meals are carefully prepared to offer a balanced and nutritious diet that supports your overall well-being and enhances your yoga practice. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create flavorful dishes that cater to a variety of dietary preferences and requirements.
If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, we kindly request that you inform us in advance.
Guidelines for a Positive Spiritual Atmosphere:
1. Dress Code:
- Dress respectfully, considering local culture and maintaining a spiritual ambiance.
- Cover shoulders, midriff, and legs at all times.
- Avoid tight-fitting, transparent, and revealing clothing.
- Prohibited items include shorts above the knee, leggings, low-cut/sleeveless t-shirts, and tank tops.
2. Prohibited Items:
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, meat, fish are not allowed.
- No Mobile phone use is permitted during classes.
- Photography, video, and audio recording of sessions are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
3. Attendance:
- Participation in Course activities is encouraged for a fulfilling yoga vacation.
- Minimum 80% Attendance is required to attend the Exam for certification
- Be punctual and remain present for the entire duration of each program.
- Be respectful of your time and the teachers time by being present.
4. Silence:
- Observe silence during meals, before morning satsang, and after evening satsang.
- Minimize cell phone usage during Course and Phones are to be turned off during sessions.
- Maintain silence from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am for restful sleep and peaceful minds.
5. Free Day:
- Stay within the ashram compound for the duration of your stay.
- Attend at least one satsang.
- No lecture or coaching classes on the free day.
- Meals will be provided at the same time as other days.
- Sundays will allow limited outside time or organized day trips.
- Swimming pool can be used during the Free day
6. Male-Female Relations:
- Respect local culture and monastic tradition.
- Avoid public displays of affection, such as hugging or kissing.
- Maintain celibacy (brahmacharya) as part of spiritual discipline.
- Separate rooms for men and women.
- No entry of men in the ladies room and vice versa.
7. Harassment Policy:
- Strictly prohibit any form of harassment, including sexual advances or innuendos.
- Report any incidents to the teacher immediately for appropriate action.
- Complaints will be treated confidentially, and the alleged violator will not be informed without consent.

Tatiana Bermes, a seasoned yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience, embarked on a yoga journey driven by a profound desire to understand herself. Guided by her Indian teacher, a disciple of Swami Dayananda Sarasvati, Tatiana delved into the depths of yoga, Vedanta, and Sanskrit.
At Nataradja Yoga Centre in Russia, Tatiana passionately thought yoga through group and personal classes, seminars, and teacher training courses. She also serves as a trusted translator for international yoga teachers. Additionally, she works as an assistant teacher at Threesandya Yogalaya in Hyderabad, India, supporting yoga classes and assisting students.
As an organizer and main teacher of Yoga TTC-200 in Russia, Tatiana is dedicated to spreading the transformative power of yoga to the World. Her comprehensive training includes the completion of the Yoga Teacher Training Course at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in India, where she honed her skills in asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, Vedanta, Sanskrit, meditation, teaching methodology, and anatomy. She furthered her expertise through advanced training in various aspects of yoga.
Tatiana’s yoga journey expands beyond formal education. She has participated in Vipassana courses, the Happiness and Advanced courses of the Art of Living Ashram, the Inner Engineering program of the Isha Foundation, and yoga for women, enriching her understanding and practice of yoga.

Cancellation Policy:
1. If cancelled 2 months before the start date of the yoga course, a cancellation fee of $200 will be charged.
2. If cancelled within 2 months from the start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee will be charged.
3. Once the program has started, no refund will be given for cancellations.
