REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Panism, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity/event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity/event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

No Shows: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled activity/event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Changes and Modifications: Changes or modifications to a booking can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity/event, subject to availability. Any price differences resulting from changes or modifications will be the responsibility of the customer.

Weather-related Cancellations: In case of weather-related cancellations, Panism reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings for the safety of our customers. In such cases, customers will be provided with alternative options or offered a refund.

Force Majeure: Panism shall not be held responsible for any cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Booking Changes or Cancellations by Panism: Panism reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be provided with alternative options or offered a refund.

Communication: All cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing, either by email or contact numbers or through the Panism website, and will be confirmed in writing by Panism.
